I purchased your Power Wagon (VIN: 3D7KS28D68G210248) from a German dealer w/o being informed about the salvage status of this car for a high price (approx. 40.000 US$). The car looked very good from with regard to optical status. In the meantime I have experienced several defects, actually the manual transmission is out of order now and repair costs exceed several thousands of Euros. Carfax report says: "It hit another motor vehicle - vehicle ran off the road - rear area primarily damaged - vehicle towed - involving rear impact." Could you please give me a more detailed information what happened beginning of last year, especially which components have been hit from which side ? PLEASE HELP ME because on one hand I have to decide to keep this very nice car or not. On the other hand I have to initiate juristic steps against my dealer in order to recover repair costs and loss of real vehicle value. I would really appreciate to get an answer of you.
